The Märklin 60903 is a conversion kit for the older Märklin models with the SFCM motor (Small Flat Commutator Motor).

| 3061 | F7 | Not in the official Märklin list. According to a post in a forum, the conversion is straight forward, except that the brushes have to be inserted when mounting the motor plate. This will make it difficult to replace worn brushes later on. |

| 3065, 3131, 3141, 3149 | V60 | Need additional work according to the manual. |
| 2890 | V60 Deutsche Bundespost | I have converted this one. The lower screw for the motor plate is too long and blocks one of the cog-wheels. I used a washer to fix it. Otherwise it was no problem. See my conversion article. |
